Hi, I’m Amanda.

And when I hit rock bottom after my breakup, I didn't just lose my partner—I lost me.

I gave too much. I begged. I spiraled.


I couldn't eat. I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t stop checking my phone or looping “what if” thoughts.

But then I started learning. About my ADHD, Anxious attachment, all the brain science behind why I was wired different, and how deep feelers CAN'T move on like others. Our nervous system dysregulation is debilitating.

I spent thousands on therapy, coaching, and books.
